Bishop Garity's Irish Red Ale

I brewed this one in mid-December, and actually plan to bottle this tonight...
This partial-mash recipe produced a nice ruby-red wort, and preliminary tasting has it as a mid-bodied ale with a warm, bready flavor (due to the biscuit malt used in the grain bill).
